Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, R.T. learned early that "humble beginnings" are just the soil for a mighty harvest. With a work ethic inherited from the tireless examples of his mother and father, his ambition was always more than a notion—it was a mandate.
This Spring of 2026, that vision is manifesting. By the grace of the Creator, we are witnessing the birth of Coop’s Turkey Coop.
The name isn't just a brand; it’s a legacy. It pays homage to the Cooper surname, the strength of the family tree, and a lifelong dream to own the fruits of his own labor. As a seasoned GrillMaster, R.T. is bringing that Chicago fire to the grill, but with a "Sankofa" twist—looking back at our traditions to move forward with our health.
